Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Your adventure begins as you arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where a representative from Engida-Travel will warmly welcome you. You’ll be transferred to your comfortable lodge in Arusha, a bustling gateway to Tanzania’s top safari destinations. Spend the evening unwinding and preparing for the thrilling days ahead.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park – The Land of Giants
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its ancient baobab trees and large herds of elephants. Enjoy a full day of game drives, where you’ll encounter diverse wildlife, including lions, zebras, and giraffes. In the afternoon, relax at your lodge with stunning views of the park’s landscape.
Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park – Tree-Climbing Lions & Flamingos
Journey to Lake Manyara National Park, a hidden gem famed for its lush forest, thousands of flamingos, and rare tree-climbing lions. Explore the park’s diverse habitats, from groundwater forests to open savannah, before heading to your lodge near the Great Rift Valley for a peaceful overnight stay.
Day 4-6: Serengeti National Park – Endless Plains & The Big Five

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater – A Natural Wonder

Day 10: Spice Tour & Prison Island Excursion
Begin your day with a guided spice tour, where you’ll discover the island’s rich history in the global spice trade. Later, take a boat ride to Prison Island, home to giant Aldabra tortoises and a fascinating colonial past. Enjoy snorkeling in crystal-clear waters before returning to Stone Town.
Day 11-12: Beach Relaxation in Nungwi or Kendwa
Transfer to the northern beaches of Nungwi or Kendwa, where powder-white sands and turquoise waters await. Spend two days soaking up the sun, swimming in the warm Indian Ocean, and enjoying optional activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, or a sunset dhow cruise.
Day 13: Departure from Zanzibar
